The SJIII 3215/91 electric scissor lifts have an overall width of 0.81 meters and an overall length of 1.78 meters. An SJIII 3215 has a work height of 6.57 meters with a raised platform height of 4.57 meters and a lowered platform height of 0.88 meters. An SJIII 3219 has a work height of 7.79 meters with a raised platform height of 5.79 meters and a lowered platform height of 0.99 meters.
Both lifts have an extension deck of 0.91 meters and a ground clearance of 6.03 meters when stowed and 1.78 meters when raised. The wheelbase has 1.40 meters and the weight averages 1,216 kg.

Both machines have a 3.1 km/h speed when stowed and a 1.1 km/h speed when raised. The overall capacity of both models is 227 kg, with a distributed capacity of 114 kg on the main platform and 113 kg on the extension deck. The overall floor load averages 10kPa per machine, with a local floor load of 762 kPa.
