Download Spec Sheet

Telescopic booms provide professionals with both vertical and horizontal reach necessary for any large job whether it is in construction, mining, forestry, electrical cable repair, and any other work that requires you to get up high. The Genie S-65 telescopic boom lift is known for being one of the best options around with enhanced maneuverability to get it anywhere around the worksite and with the ability to traverse rough terrain thanks to its oscillating axle which automatically adjusts to the terrain.

The S-65’s 360 degree continuous rotational turntable allows you to position the boom in any direction, but the aspect that sets it apart from most other telescopic boom lifts is how its shape produces minimal tail swing, making it easy to turn in tight spaces.

For jobs where you need to have horizontal reach as well as vertical reach, like when you need a platform that can hold your over an obstruction that would block the path of a typical scissor lift, you will need a telescopic boom lift. • Horizontal outreach of 54 ft 2”. / 16.51m
  • Maximum platform height of 65 ft. / 19.81m

A great aspect of the Genie S-65 is that the platform is designed with a tri-entry and side swing gate, making entry and exiting the platform extremely. This is especially useful when working in a cramped or congested workspace where you are limited in terms of loading approaches. The boom also has a maximum below ground reach of 8 ft 8” / 2.65m allowing you to reach below the level of the actual lift.

When stowed, the S-65 has a height of 9 ft 3” / 2.81m, a length of 32 ft / 9.76m, and a width of 8 ft 2” / 2.49m. For transporting however, it is possible to tuck the jib underneath to shorten the overall length down to 25 ft 7” / 7.8m so that it can much more easily fit on the back of a truck. And like most other boom lifts, its low weight of 25,733 lb. / 11,673kg means that it can be transported without the need for an overweight permit.
