Clark has been a big name in forklift manufacturing for years and that shows in the engineered approach they take with their forklifts. The two-and-a-half-ton Clark C25L is great all-purpose, sit-down style forklifts are no exception to this rule.
It might be their diverse approach to material handling equipment that drives them to be so meticulous. Whatever the reason, it has led them to make one very comfortable forklift to operate and a comfortable machine increases the operator’s mobility.
That is important as it means they are less likely to get in an accident because they failed to shoulder check before backing up – a leading cause of forklift on pedestrian incidents.

Safety Features
The C25L comes well-equipped with all of the industry-standard safety features like driver seat sensors which stop the forklift if the driver is out of the seat. The overhead protection system and rollover protection system protect from falling debris and structural failure in the event of a tip-over.
Capacity
The 5000 lb. capacity make this class of lifts the backbone of the forklift world. A five thousand pound forklift can handle any day-to-day load in the world of shipping and warehousing. The Clark C25L is a great example of a well-built, durable machine with more than enough load capacity to see to your day-to-day needs. There isn’t much that these tough lift trucks can’t handle.
Handling
This class of forklift is right in the pocket of having a great load capacity at 5000 lbs., but it is not large enough to require dual front tires. This means the C25L can turn on a dime. Sit-down-style, along with all other forklifts are designed with rear-wheel steering to allow the operator to turn in tight aisles.
Ergonomics
The C25L comes equipped with a steering knob for ease of operation and one-handed steering. The driving experience has been ergonomically designed and is one of the most comfortable forklifts there is to operate.
Fuel
The Clark CL25 runs on LP or Liquefied Petroleum. This is a very efficient fuel, with one full tank lasting approximately one 8-hour shift at moderate production. At high production operating – faster and more constantly, the tank will last around two-thirds of a standard 8-hour shift.
