Lots of Hoses and Options to Get the Job Moving
As mentioned, these sizable and durable tanks are made out of tough plastic. Polyethylene is the same material used in our Georgia buggy tubs – which are designed to withstand the abuse of repeatedly being loaded with gravel, soil and even wet concrete – which can be corrosive.
That means that these tanks are more than well suited to handle the rigors of moving large quantities of water around your site. This water wagon also offers plenty of options in how the water is dispersed.
The spray bar can be switched from gravity fed to pressurized feed, offering the user dynamic control of water flow.
This is a productivity-boosting feature to have, depending on the application. If you are trying to cover a large field, for example, you are going to be able to do it in fewer passes if using a pressurized feed. If you are looking to put more water in one place, a gravity-fed approach will be more practical. It pays to have options like this when it comes to water placement.
This wagon also carries its own hoses and accessories in a convenient box, so that you don’t have to worry about driving back 5 miles because somebody forgot a fitting.
Dependable Multiquip Pump
Multiquip’s QP2H 2” centrifugal pump is a well-designed, durable pump. It allows you to quickly fill the tank with a 2” diameter pipe, saving you time and money. This pump allows a flow of 158 GPM, so this pump can move a lot of water – fast.
Safe and Rugged Trailer
The trailer and chassis that support the water tank are built tough. They have cleverly designed the components to be tucked away from damage – keeping the more sensitive parts protected in a low-profile approach. This well-designed trailer is tough – with DOT certification it is road legal and rated for 3500 lbs. More than enough for your water placement needs.
